Experience superior waterproofing and durability with Tubular Inside Laminated Bags. Their unique construction laminates the film on the inside, offering a significant advantage over externally coated bags.
TILB High-quality Graphic Bag
In the existing printing method, to make photo-quality PP woven bags, gravure printing is applied to BOPP, and printed BOPP film is adhered to the surface of bags. In contrast, HG bags use a nonfilm process for photo-quality printing. Although its quality is lower than that of gravure printing, it enables higher quality printing than the existing PP woven bag printing.

HWI's Unique and Differentiated Inside Lamination
Other companies use the following two methods of inside coating for creating an extrusion coating surface inside bags.
In the back seam method, the seam of a bag is formed on its back because one side of the fabric is coated and folded inward, creating a tubular shape, and its edges are adhered.
Defects may occur during adhesion work to form a tubular shape, and adhered parts are likely to be detached or damaged.
Impurities from the external environment may infiltrate before the plane material is formed into a tubular shape.
An error may occur during product closing because of the thickening of adhesion parts.
In the liner method, a thin plastic film liner is inserted but not adhered inside the woven fabric.
The thin film liner may be damaged when things are put into bags or when bags are carried. Automated packaging of the products is not possible, and printing quality may be degraded because the fabric surface is uneven. Unlike these methods, HWI’s unique method of inside lamination, in which the vinyl for inside adhesion is formed into a tubular shape and the entire tube is inserted and adhered inside the bags, enables the manufacture of bags with excellent durability. In addition, the even and stiff surface of manufactured bags facilitates in the printing process or use in automated manufacturing lines.
